4. Eat no more than three servings small daily. It is also best not to drink any fruit juice as it actually contains a lot of concentrated sugar. Your body needs the fiber from the fruit, what they eat its fruit, not drinking.

5. Try to eat meat, fat bass and only fish, legumes and for lots of proteins. It is better to concentrate on the chicken as meat. Remember that vegetables contain large amounts of starch and can be counted either as starch or protein. 6. Eat only two servings of low fat milk or skim milk per day

7. Limit all fat to no more than two servings a day. A portion is roughly equal to one teaspoon of margarine or butter. You have to read the labels of mayonnaise and other sauces to determine the fat content if you want to include in your diet. It is a best idea yet for use fat free yogurt with herbs as a garnish.

8. Drink at least eight glasses of water a day and stay away of all soft drinks and alcohol, which are loaded with calories.

This takes care of your diet if you want to lose fat waist. For moderate exercise can do anything you enjoy at least thirty minutes at least three times a week. This can be walking, jogging, cycling, and kicking a ball with the kids or anything that increases your heart rate. Do not exaggerate if you are very fit.
