Fitness Program

How golf and fitness go together? Why do I need fitness training golf? What differentiates a golf fitness program do in my golf game?
I can tell all that from what I saw with my friend and golfing buddy, Dooley Duffer.
Dooley distanced himself from the game for some years. His career and family took priority over time and golf, but he loved it, just do not fit into their agenda. As he advanced in his career which became less physically active. Even went to a leading position in the office so long had nothing to do the job I had been doing.
His body began to show his change of lifestyle. Do not tell her I told you this, but his heart seemed to grow faster than their wages. I bet you know the history, Huh?
Had played only very occasionally during that time. So I do not think he realized how much he was so affected his performance golf swing.
Then Dooley company changed and started playing golf regularly again thanks to his new boss, who had recently taken the game. With her children now grown Dooley more time for golf and just shot a new course to re-ignite the passion that had burned so brightly in recent days.
When he started playing more often physical limitations became more and more of a problem. He struggled at times to complete a round, the scores would rise because of inconsistent swings, loss of concentration and fatigue. He even gasp when walking uphill, although always be mounted on a trolley. I remember having to wait for him to catch his breath before he could putt on the elevated green. There is no possibility that he could walk when played.
Then for a couple of weeks I began to notice an improvement in the game of Dooley. Fewer and fewer of the struggles he had noticed earlier and more golf shots successfully improved concentration and less fatigue. He even started saying she wanted to play an extra 9 holes!
You see, the condition is critical for operation of golf in general. And the poor fitness doubt ruin your golf performance. Dooley Just ask about it.
What was the secret of Dooley's? Had hired a golf coach? Do you use golf fitness videos? What had he done to improve your fitness for golf and your handicap golf?
It had not done any of things exactly. He said he found this golf fitness book called "Ultimate Golf Fitness Guide" Mike Pedersen. Dooley said he took the advice seriously and began to feel the results quickly. Then began to notice that he felt better in the course. That was very encouraging for him and was able to maintain it. He had tried the year before, but soon lost interest, but this was different. I could see improvement and he knew why! The Ultimate Golf Fitness Guide had kept his promise. Dooley says this is the kind of thing anyone can and should do from home to improve your fitness for golf.
