Resistance Band Instructions

Ever wanted to have the appearance of a professional athlete ...? I did not want bumps and bruises that needed to train as a professional athlete?

The Karate Dojo is proud to be the first martial arts school in Colorado to start a fitness program called Fighting Fit2 Fitness Boot Camp (TM).

Our fight against Fit2 Boot Camp (TM), also known as F2 Boot Camp consists of training sessions that professional boxers and athletes to perform during their training sessions. We have exercises and designed so that anyone can do them. And the good thing about it, you can go at their own pace, in order to build muscles and the resistance to last through a 50-minute workout.

Here Is What You Will not Do
F2 Boot Camp Sessions typically begin with a warm light in order to get your heart rate and blood flows through your body. This will also help loosen the muscles.

That will take us a segment of 15-20 minutes of strength training with resistance bands and medicine ball. Some of the most recognized personal trainers have all their athletes use this type of team to develop lean muscle tone groups.

After strength training, start a cardio session lasting between 15-20 minutes doing interval training. Studies have shown that interval training will not only improve your aerobic and anaerobic pathways, but also develop muscles. Plus, you burn more calories in a period of 24 to 36 hours after your workout, with an interval-based training.

We who are cool with some stretching to make sure the muscles are not too tight for the next session.

One last note ... When joins the fight against Fit2 Boot Camp Fitness Program (TM) will also be required to follow our guide to nutrition. This part of their training, combined with exercise will give the fastest results in a short period of time. But do not worry, getting the day also trap!

Simply said, this is a recipe for success!

Training camps are limited to 20 participants during each cycle. This guarantees that you further instructions personal in a fun and motivating, the small group environment. By limiting the Boot Camp F2 sizes, thus resulting in increased quality of training and keeps our prices. Compared with a personal trainer, our rates are a fraction of the cost!

The Dojo of Karate will be the launch F2 of the first Boot Camp on Monday, October 5th, 2009 from 9:00-9:50. Then Boot Camps take place every 4 Monday, Wednesday and Friday of weeks. Once the cycle there is a recovery period of 1 week before a new cycle begins Boot Camp.
