Used Stott Pilates Equipment

We found this video clip on YouTube Pilates recently and had to know the story behind it. It's clean, sharp and professional and an excellent example of what is possible with Pilates. The rapid movement Wunda Chairman sequence is particularly striking. It was produced by Louise Taube, Polestar and Stott Pilates-trained studio owner in Melbourne, Australia. We interviewed through your e-mail for more information about the video.

PP: Why make this video?
Louise: For a number of reasons ... I wanted to draw attention to me and my website target = "_blank"> www.louisetaube.com, and also to show the world how Pilates exercises fun and many are only possible on the computer.

I used to dance movies, and I really wanted to show the dance team and bring a fresh perspective to the exercises.

I guess I'm interested in getting as many people as possible with Pilates - that has changed my life and really want to tell the world about it!

PP: How is using the video?
Louise: Making the clip was a challenge for me, and jumped aboard one of my dreams of making movies and selling Pilates the world.

I guess I wanted to see the responses to it and to create value for the next step of making a DVD. And now my first DVD is in production and will be available in www.louisetaube.com.

PP: What has been the reaction to it?
Louise: My clients were impressed and have become more loyal. Some were impressed. I have a few new clients and interest from people outside of Australia, who would like me to do Pilates, but are a little too far!
